MCC golf tournament returns to benefit students

OMAHA, Neb. — Metropolitan Community College will host its 11th annual MCC Golf Outing on Saturday, June 8 at Tiburon Golf Course, 10302 S. 168th St. The event’s proceeds will benefit students traveling to the SkillsUSA national competition. The MCC Golfing Outing will begin with a noon check-in and a 1 p.m. shotgun start.

Through the MCC Foundation, the annual golf outing allows more opportunities for students who are planning to enter trades careers and participate in the MCC chapter of SkillsUSA. Mulligans, raffles and a live auction will be available the day of the event. Registration closes Friday, May 24. For more information and to register, visit mccneb.edu/golf or contact Rick Sandvig at 531-MCC-2345. Cost is $90 per golfer or $360 for a four-person team.
