1. Resume with at least three years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, and currently holding the position of supervisor or higher.

2. Letter from workplace for support:  financial, time, and openness to new ideas.  If you are your own employer, please provide a letter of support from a general manager or other employee.

3. Statement expressing their desire for growth.

Selection Committee will be ALA Director, Manager and ICA faculty.
