Learning and Tutoring Centers

 The Learning and Tutoring Centers
have moved online

Login to AccuCampus (using your MCC user name and password)
to set up tutoring appointments, join your scheduled appointment,
and ask a quick question or to get homework help.

Set your own appointment (as little as 15 minutes in advance) for more in-depth help with academic skills, understanding assignments, navigating online college systems, using software, finding college resources, or for tutoring in subjects like chemistry, accounting, foreign languages and information technology.   • Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

  • Friday 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m

  • Saturday 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

MISSION

An instructor assists a students working on a computer.

The mission of the Learning and Tutoring Centers is to provide assistance with building academic skills, conducting research and utilizing resources in order to foster learning and empower individuals in the college community to achieve their goals.

ACADEMIC ASSISTANCE

The Learning and Tutoring Center offers a friendly, supportive learning environment to assist with the learning needs of students across all areas of the college's curriculum. LTC staff are available to assist with computer navigation and software programs. Online tutoring is provided via appointment or drop in times for challenging courses such as chemistry, accounting and foreign languages. The Success Program

The Learning and Tutoring Center also offers Success Program services, which help students engage in effective learning behaviors and connect to other college supports. AccucampusAcademic CoachingOnline Success Workshops and In-class Presentations are some of the academic supports offered by the Success Program.
