Simply select the link for the "Voter Registration Form," complete the form online, print it out and then mail.

The National Mail Voter Registration Form, which allows voters to register from anywhere in the U.S., is available for downloading and printing on the U.S. Election Assistance Commission website (, as are state-specific instructions on registering to vote.
