NAWIC Omaha Scholarship

The National Association of Women in Construction is an organization of women that are employed in the construction industry. Our goal is to be the association that empowers women to influence the direction of the construction industry. The Greater Omaha Chapter is working to accomplish that goal by addressing the labor shortage in the trades. We hope this scholarship allows talented young men and women to find rewarding careers and join us in an industry that we love.

Our chapter was founded in 1965 with just seven firms. Today, we are a thriving chapter that is very active in the Omaha construction community. We provide educational opportunities at the local, regional and national level. We have leadership opportunities and work within the community to promote the construction trades. We offer many personal and professional networking opportunities. We welcome visitors to join us.
