WHAT IS INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY AND DESIGN?

Instructional Technology and Design is a growing interdisciplinary field that unites art and science to design engaging educational and training programs for industry, business, K-12 and higher education. Instructional designers utilize systematic design to design, develop, implement and evaluate high quality training and instruction.

CAREER CERTIFICATE

  • Instructional Technology & Design Career Certificate (ITDCC) - This career certificate is geared towards professional teachers, trainers and technologists, who want to keep their skills up-to-date with the rapid advancement in technology. It focuses on developing learner-centric instructional and training materials that are based upon theory and methodology. Best of all, professionals walk away with digital media ready for use in a classroom or online setting.
