Culinary and Hospitality

Program updates coming fall 2024

Overview

The Culinary and Hospitality program at MCC consists of two programs: Culinary Arts & Management and Hospitality & Restaurant Leadership.

For those on the Culinary Arts track, students will learn the foundational steps of becoming a professional chef or baker. Hands-on experience takes place in a state-of-the-art, amazing facility, the MCC Institute for the Culinary Arts.

Students in the Hospitality and Restaurant Leadership program are prepared to become leaders and managers within the food service industry, or successfully begin their own hospitality business such as event planning.

In both programs, students will learn the ins and outs of working in service industry, building strong leadership and teamwork skills along the way.
