Media alert: International Fair, U.S. Citizen Ceremony tomorrow at MCC


What: MCC’s annual International Fair will have food, celebration and entertainment from around the world. The event is free and open to the public and will also have community organization resources on-site. To begin the day, The College will host a USCIS Naturalization Ceremony.   

When: Thursday, April 13

USCIS Naturalization Ceremony: 10-11 a.m.

International Fair global displays and celebration: 11 a.m.-7:30 p.m.

Where: South Omaha Campus, 27th and Q streets


USCIS Naturalization Ceremony: Industrial Training Center at the South Omaha Campus


International Fair global displays and celebration: Connector Building Commons at the South Omaha Campus 


Background: The annual event is aimed toward giving attendees of all ages the opportunity to learn about different cultures from around the world. Musicians, dancers and performers will take center stage throughout the day, blending cultures and ethnic backgrounds.


The International Fair is presented with the support of the Nebraska Arts Council and the Nebraska Cultural Endowment.
