Excel class for beginners to be offered at MCC Fremont location

 

FREMONT, Neb. — Fremont area residents will have the opportunity to become efficient Microsoft Excel users with a noncredit course being offered next month at Metropolitan Community College’s Fremont Area Center, located at the northwest corner of 9th and Broad streets.

 

Microsoft Excel, Level 1 will be available to help discover the basics of Excel 2013, including navigating the program, entering text and numbers, and closing out programs. Entering basic formulas and learning different functions will also be covered, as well as how to cut, copy and paste; entering graphics and photos; and creating charts. 

 

The instructor for this class is Mary Nelson. Usernames and passwords can be obtained prior to class at mccneb.edu/password.
