MCC to host 34th annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Jan. 16


OMAHA, Neb. — Metropolitan Community College will host the 34th annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019, noon-1:30 p.m. at the Institute for the Culinary Arts on the College’s Fort Omaha Campus, 32nd Street and Sorensen Parkway. The event will feature musical entertainment by Jason Wagner II and keynote speaker Rev. Michael W. Combs, Ph.D., senior pastor at Mt. Zion Baptist Church and professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
