Winners from Nebraska SkillsUSA Championships announced

 

OMAHA, Neb. — Students from Metropolitan Community College took home medals in a variety of categories at the annual Nebraska SkillsUSA Championships in Grand Island, Nebraska, April 12-14. First-place winners advance to the national championships this summer at the annual National Leadership and Skills Conference in Louisville, Kentucky, a showcase of career and technical education students. 

 

The competition featured high school and college students from across the state. Participants worked against the clock and each other, attempting to prove their expertise in trade fields. This year’s state winners from the College are below, including dual enrollment students.
