Strategies to overcome academic anxiety
We all experience some level of anxiety before a test. For some students, taking an
exam or giving a speech can be very agonizing. These challenges may represent a
do-or-die challenge that brings out one's doubts, fears and frustrations.
Graduation application deadline: April 1
If you plan to graduate after Spring quarter (March 8–May 23), you need to apply

Mark your calendar for the TRiO Awards Banquet
TRiO graduates from the academic year 2011–2012 and students that have a
cumulative grade point average of 2.70 who have completed 18 credit hours of 1000- or
2000-level classes are cordially invited to attend the TRiO Awards Banquet on
Thursday, May 3, 5:30 p.m., at the Fort Omaha Campus, Swanson Conference Center.
