New Business Card Ordering Process
Ordering business cards just got a whole lot easier! Marketing & Public Relations is working with a new vendor, Standard Register, for ordering business cards in an effort to expedite printing and simplify the process.
Complete a business card request form and send to a P-Card holder in your department. All College P-Card holders have had accounts set up with their MCC username and can begin using SMARTworks immediately. An email with instructions went out to the P-Card User alias. All business card requests submitted in the past month have been processed; effective Monday, Aug. 25, all business card orders must be done using the new system.
All orders, proofing and payments will then be completed in an online transaction directly to Standard Register via their SMARTworks program. A standard order takes 7-10 days to receive and are delivered as noted on the order form. Orders come in boxes of 250, 500 or 1,000.
Also new is the option to include an appointment card on the back side. Student Services cards may be ordered with a listing of all MCC student services locations on the front and an appointment card on the back.
If you have any questions about this new process, contact Marketing & Public Relations at 457-2733.
