How To Maintain Outlook Distribution Lists

Adding Users to a Distribution List:

1. Run MS Outlook
2. Open the Address Book
3. Double click on the Distribution List to be modified
4. Select 'Modify Members…' button
5. Select Add button
6. Double click on each user you want to add, moves their name to the right column
7. Select OK when done on each dialogue box until back to the Address Book
8. Close Address Book

Removing Users from a Distribution List:

1. Run MS Outlook
2. Open the Address Book
3. Double click on the Distribution List to be modified
4. Select 'Modify Members…' button
5. Highlight those members to remove from the list
6. Click on the Remove button
